About 1malaysia • Our Story
We are more than just another betting platform. 1malaysia was built with one clear goal — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online betting experience made specifically for Malaysian users. From Liga Super football to Live Casino and digital lottery, all on a single platform.
If you have tried an online betting platform before, there is probably at least one thing that has let you down — maybe withdrawals that took days to process, uncompetitive odds, or customer support that was slow to respond and did not really understand your issue. 1malaysia was born from the belief that Malaysians deserve better. We built this platform not for a broad global market — we built it for you, the Malaysian user, with a genuine understanding of your needs and habits from the ground up.
Name 1malaysia is more than just a brand name. It is our commitment that this platform belongs to every Malaysian — from Perlis to Sabah, from city centres to small towns. Whether you are a football fan who follows every Malaysia Super League and EPL match closely, a badminton enthusiast proud of Lee Zii Jia's achievements on the world stage, or someone who simply wants to try their luck with 4D lottery on the weekend — 1malaysia is for everyone.
Our platform offers far more than standard football betting. At 1malaysia, you can enjoy a full range of experiences under one account — from Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, to Live Casino with real dealers in HD, a slots library spanning hundreds of titles from world-class providers, digital lottery options including 4D Lucky Pick, Toto 6/58, and Keno Live, and esports betting on CS2, Dota 2, and Mobile Legends tournaments that are increasingly popular among Malaysia's younger generation. This variety isn't about showing off — it's our direct response to what Malaysian players actually want.
One thing we have taken seriously from day one is payment convenience. We understand that Malaysian users are already accustomed to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and DuitNow in their daily lives. So why should our deposit and withdrawal system be any different? At 1malaysia, all major Malaysian payment methods are fully supported — including FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are processed instantly and winnings are withdrawn within 5 to 15 minutes. This is not an empty promise — it is our operational standard, and one we have never compromised on.
When it comes to security and fairness, 1malaysia is non-negotiable. Our platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring every transaction and gaming session is secure against unauthorised access. All our casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) independently certified by international auditing bodies. For Live Casino and Keno Live games, you can watch every round and every draw unfold in real time right in front of you — no hidden tricks, no manipulation of results.
Customer support team 1malaysia available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including on Malaysian public holidays. More importantly, our team communicates fluently in Bahasa Melayu — you never have to struggle to explain your issue in another language or wait longer than necessary due to communication gaps. Whether through live chat, email, or WhatsApp, we respond promptly and help you resolve any issue you encounter.
We also take our social responsibility as a betting platform seriously. 1malaysia committed to the principles of Responsible Gaming — we provide tools for players to set their own deposit limits, betting limits and session time limits. We also provide information and resources for players who may be experiencing gambling-related issues. Our goal is to make playing on our platform enjoyable and entertaining — not a burden to anyone.
Since we began operations, 1malaysia has paid out millions of MYR in winnings to our players across Malaysia. Every payout — whether it's an RM60 4D consolation prize or a multi-million-ringgit jackpot — is credited to the player's account automatically and can be withdrawn at any time. Our payment track record is living proof that 1malaysia is a platform you can trust completely.
Our Journey 1malaysia is far from finished. We are constantly improving the platform, adding new games, enhancing live stream quality, and expanding our betting market options to ensure you always have the best experience possible. Feedback from the Malaysian player community is our greatest source of inspiration behind every platform development decision we make. Thank you for being part of the 1malaysia.
